RockStock resources are unrestricted, meaning that you can use them for anything you like, anywhere you like (on and off deviantART), including commercial projects and dA prints.
The only thing you can't do is redistribute my resources or claim credit for them ie submitting them as your own work or offering them for other people to use, on dA or any other site.
